Refund & Transfer Policy

We understand that plans change. Because of the limited nature of our paragliding tours and coaching sessions, we have a clear and fair refund and transfer policy:

All Bookings Are Non-Refundable

Once booked, your spot is reserved and held exclusively for you. Bookings are non-refundable, but transfers are possible under specific conditions.

Transfers Are Allowed (To Another Person Only)

If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to another qualified pilot — but only under the following terms:

  • A suitable replacement must be confirmed and paid in full at least 30 days before the tour or coaching session begins.
  • You may find a replacement yourself, or Skyout can help.

Refund Options:

  • You find a replacement: We’ll refund your payment minus processing fees.
  • Skyout finds the replacement: We’ll refund your payment minus processing fees and a 10% administrative fee.

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method, after the replacement has completed their payment.

Weather and Operational Conditions

Paragliding is weather-dependent. If weather conditions prevent flying on certain days, no refunds or credits are issued. We’ll do our best to adapt, but the transfer policy still applies.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In the event of political unrest, war, or other force majeure circumstances that make it unsafe or impossible to operate the tour, Skyout will issue a full credit for future use. No refunds are issued in such cases.
