Skyout Paragliding Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement

I understand that paragliding involves serious risks including but not limited to: collision with terrain, other pilots or obstacles; unexpected weather conditions; equipment failure; injury or death; and delayed emergency assistance due to remote terrain.

I am solely responsible for the condition and use of my personal equipment. If I use Skyout equipment, I accept it "as is" and assume all associated risks.

I confirm I hold valid insurance that includes medical, evacuation, search and rescue, and repatriation coverage. I understand Skyout does not provide insurance.

I certify I am in good health and will not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

I release Skyout Paragliding LLC, its staff, contractors, including Pal Takats and Ernesto Hinestroza, from all liability related to participation. This includes injury, property damage, or death—even due to negligence.

I grant permission for Skyout to use photos or video of me for marketing unless I opt out in writing.

I confirm I am over 18 or have parental consent.
